These Yoga Sessions are an integration of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini breathwork & meditation practices combined with meridian tapping and Energy Healing Techniques.
It is a combination of gentle healing with a bit of intensity added to it in between, but most importantly, it will helps you understand your body, mind and emotions well, bringing awareness of our body-mind connection, while gently taking us to a place in our life from which we can easily navigate our life in the direction that we wish to take it in.
Transformational Yoga along with kundalini practice is one of the fastest ways to heal the memories that are locked within your cellular subconscious memory.
Yoga can expedite the entire process of healing if done with the correct intention and most importantly with someone who can help you connect to those parts within you which need to be healed, not just Physical, but mental and emotional as well.
Our body remembers all that we have gone through in our life, it is all stored in our cellular memories and through the practice of Hatha Yoga(Asana) & Raj Yoga (Meditation & Pranayam) we can go to the root of these memories and help heal our bodies of all toxic emotions.
Jnana Yoga and Bhakti yoga are important for developing our Intellect, Love and Wisdom aspect of ourselves to have an overall balanced development of our personality.
Sessions Include:

Healing Meditations (Womb healings, Manifestations, Relaxing, Kundalini, Cellular Healing )
