In my experience, Transformational Yoga along with kundalini practice is one of the fastest ways to heal the memories that are locked within your cellular subconscious memory.​Yoga can expedite the entire process of healing if done with the correct intention and most importantly with someone who can help you connect to those parts within you which need to be healed, not just Physical, but mental and emotional as well.
Our healed ancestors bring us blessings, but the ones who haven’t healed and are still in the spirit world can sometimes cause problems and blockages for us in life. It goes both ways, we too can cause blockages in their path forward if we haven’t healed from a loss of a loved one.
