Grand-Mother Moon & her Cycles
Whether we acknowledge it or not, the Moon Cycles bring an ebb and flow in our Psyche (our Beliefs, Emotions & Conditioning) and that eventually determine what manifests in our lives.
My aim is to help us align to our own truth using these Ancient teachings bringing wisdom, clarity & purpose to our lives.
New Moon's are about New beginnings so start working on something you want to build in your life. but just before the new moon period, you will notice, something within our energies shift, we feel low, angry, sad and all this old baggage of emotions that is in our subconscious starts surfacing, and we do not understand why we are feeling this way,
That is because , this is a very sacred period, it is a time of Introspection, Spiritually speaking, Darkness is a period of tremendous growth and creativity, it is from Darkness that the world was created, We are given that opportunity every month to go within and find the cracks in our Soul that need healing to help us overcome our limitations.
It tells us that life comes in cycles, Time for Growth, Initiation, hard work, or time for withdrawal and to just BE!
It comes in every month to let us know that we can always have New beginnings and not to be afraid of starting afresh, Every growth cycle comes with its own learning and blessings. During biblical times New moons were celebrated with a lot of pomp and show.
It tells us that we must not fear the darkness, it is when the stars light up the most.. A time not only for Introspection but a time when we can contact our ancestors and the "wise ones" with ease. The Energy from the Stars shines out brighter and is easily accessible.
It is said in the olden days, the prophets would get their wisdom directly from Spirit during the New Moon period.
So time to do some cleansing and get on with setting your Intentions.
During FULL MOON the Divine Energies entering Mother Earth are immense.

This Energy can be used for blessing our dreams and desires and also healing certain aspects of our lives that seem blocked.
When we meditate in groups, specially at the time of full moon, it is easier to contact our higher soul and receive messages.
It is the time when planet Earth is in direct alignment with the Sun, Earth's spiritual center.
The Moon is connected to the water element in the body, our body is about 80% water and water is connected to our emotions. All the emotions we have overlooked will come up abruptly during this period, when we are not conscious about what is happening, it ends up creating more disharmony in our environment.
You can notice for yourselves, people who have a lot of pent up emotional stress, usually get extremely edgy or fall ill during the full moon time, it has been recorded that maximum number of crimes also take place around full moons, and also the number of hospitalisations in a psychiatric facility increase.
This is all the power of the full moon, thus it is a good time to evaluate what is coming up for you, so you can clear it before the next cycle of the New Moon Energies.
In the olden days, the days of rest were marked by the Full and New Moon as our ancestors knew the significance of each of these phases.
